Sources & accountability

Editorial policy

Standards for reading, attributing, and correcting ArbLense guides to prediction markets.

Purpose and limits

ArbLense publishes educational articles alongside an informational scanner. Articles explain route mechanics and venue workflows; they are not personalized recommendations or a promise of trading results.

Publication is not a certification that every statement has been independently verified. Venue rules, fees, availability, and legal requirements can change after an article is published.

Sources and factual claims

Claims about a venue should be checked against its official documentation, terms, or help center. Regulatory claims should identify the relevant official source and the date checked. Press reporting should be identified as reporting, with a link to the source.

Figures and examples should identify their source or be clearly labeled as illustrative. An example must not be presented as a current executable quote. If a claim cannot be supported, it should be removed or its uncertainty made explicit.

Authorship and review credits

The author byline records the attribution supplied for that article. Contributor profiles provide the available role information without implying professional qualifications.

A “Reviewed by” line appears only when a reviewer is credited. Its absence does not imply an independent review took place. A review credit is not a regulatory approval or a professional credential.

Dates and corrections

Articles show publication and update dates. An update date records an article update; it does not certify that every linked source was rechecked on that date.

To report an error, email [email protected] with the article URL, the passage in question, and a supporting source where available. Check the original venue documentation before relying on time-sensitive information.

Commercial context

ArbLense offers paid scanner access, described on the pricing page. Links from educational content to the scanner or pricing are links to our own product.

Any sponsored placement or affiliate relationship should be disclosed in the content where it applies. A link to another website by itself is not a statement about a commercial relationship.
